Missouri Crossroads
Mutti Burke’s interest in Missouri stems not only from being a native, but also from the unique place the state occupies in history. The variety of peoples and nations represented in Missouri has made it a crossroads of ideas.
Teaching and mentoring students takes a tremendous amount of energy. The UMRB allowed me to dedicate time to work on a book manuscript.
