Developing a Chemical Curiosity
Leventis recalls how he developed his interest in science at such a young age. “Since I was a child, I had an interest in the physical world around me. I wanted to find out the laws that govern how things work, how nature works,” he explains. “I was ten years old when we went to the moon. All these things kind of started my interest in chemistry and physics.” Leventis gives this advice to budding chemists: “Pursue your dreams. Do not be afraid to try new things.”
